In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), this policy explains how we process your personal data when you use this website or book a table at Can Frasquet.

Data controller

What data we process and why

• Bookings: name, phone number, email address, number of guests, date and time, and any notes you give us (allergies, celebrations). They are used to manage the booking and to contact you if anything changes.
• Contact: the details you give us when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, in order to handle your request.
• Browsing: technical and usage data collected through cookies, only if you accept them (see the Cookies Policy).

Legal basis

Performance of the booking you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR), your consent for optional cookies (art. 6.1.a) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries and keeping the site secure (art. 6.1.f).

Recipients

Bookings are handled through CoverManager (Restaurant Booking & Distribution Services, S.L.), which acts as data processor. The website is hosted by Raiola Networks, S.L. on servers in the European Union. Data is not shared with other third parties unless required by law.

Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the booking and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods. Contact data is kept while the relationship lasts and up to one year after the last communication.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to canfrasquet@gmail.com and stating which right you are exercising. If you believe the processing is not appropriate, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

The website is not aimed at children under 14. If you become aware that a minor has given us data, please write to us so we can delete it.
